- Learn the craft of sharp edges in ganache as well as fondant
- 1 tier colored ganache
- 2 tiers ganache + fondant
- 1 tier drape in Paneling method

- Structure & Dowelling:
- The complete science behind Structuring a cake properly, to make it travel in single piece without falling apart.
- Proper dowelling, as per Indian Food Laws
All class material shall be provided for class use.
- We will be providing all the necessary tools, participants will only be required to carry turn table & rolling pin.
- Video recording of the class is not permitted
- After class support/guidance is provided to participants who do not misuse it for commercial training purposes

Eligibility: Prior cake decoration knowledge must (Ganaching, fondant draping)
