Learn the craft of tiered wedding cakes.




  1. 3 Tiered cake- Learn to layer, fill n mask a cake effortlessly (Full cake, no dummies)- choice of fillings n flavors.
  2. Learn the craft of sharp edges in ganache as well as fondant
    1. 1 tier colored ganache
    2. 2 tiers ganache + fondant
    3. 1 tier drape in Paneling method
  3. Decorations:
    1. Fantasy Wafer Paper Flower, fillers
    2. Couture Lace work, Weathered wood, Bas relief, hammered metal, Airbrushing, controlled marbling, acrylic stenciling, Metallic Shimmer, Masking, Vintage/ Shabby chic texture, Edible sequins- 3 methods, Frills, Multiple ways to use edible print
  4. Structure & Dowelling:
    1. The complete science behind Structuring a cake properly, to make it travel in single piece without falling apart.
    2. Proper dowelling, as per Indian Food Laws

All class material shall be provided for class use.



  • We will be providing all the necessary tools, participants will only be required to carry turn table & rolling pin.
  • Video recording of the class is not permitted
  • After class support/guidance is provided to participants who do not misuse it for commercial training purposes


Mode: Hands-on

Fee: Rs. 25000/- plus taxes

Duration: 3 days

Timings: 9am- 6pm

Eligibility: Prior cake decoration knowledge must (Ganaching, fondant draping)
