The Modern Cut

Our newest class, “The Modern Cut”. focuses on teaching modern techniques of cake-making. In this class, you will learn:

  1. How to carve unusual shapes
  2. How to make flavored buttercream (veg and non-veg)
  3. How to make colored ganache
  4. How to frost an unusual shape
  5. How to get clean and super sharp edges
  6. How to get velvet effect
  7. Gold splatter effect – how to use gold dust color
  8. How to make a metallic Gold chocolate & isomalt sail.

This is a completely hands-on class – you will be working on your own cake.

Take home the cake you make.

After class support/guidance is provided to participants who do not misuse it for commercial training purposes

Mode: Hands-on

Timings: 9am – 5pm

Eligibility: No prior knowledge necessary

Fees: Rs.8,500/- plus tax
