The Modern Cut
Our newest class, “The Modern Cut”. focuses on teaching modern techniques of cake-making. In this class, you will learn:
- How to carve unusual shapes
- How to make flavored buttercream (veg and non-veg)
- How to make colored ganache
- How to frost an unusual shape
- How to get clean and super sharp edges
- How to get velvet effect
- Gold splatter effect – how to use gold dust color
- How to make a metallic Gold chocolate & isomalt sail.
This is a completely hands-on class – you will be working on your own cake.
Take home the cake you make.

After class support/guidance is provided to participants who do not misuse it for commercial training purposes
Timings: 9am – 5pm
Eligibility: No prior knowledge necessary
Fees: Rs.8,500/- plus tax
