  8. Preparing the cake for Fondant draping:
    1. every participant gets to work on individual cake.
    2. they are provided with Eggless cake and frosting and are taught to
      1. Cut the cake into clean layers
      2. efficiently use correct fillings & frosting suitable for a fondant cake
      3. frost n prepare the cake, ready to be draped with fondant
  9. Fondant know-how:
    1. Rolling fondant as per cake shape and size
    2. Correct thickness & thinness works
    3. Additives & mediums to use as per which weather
    4. Perfectly drape fondant on cake and get rid of pleats
    5. Fixing cracks etc.
  10. Base boards decorations
  11. Cake handling & packaging

At the end of the day, you will take home a complete ‘Made By You’ cake.



  • We follow a 2 Full days format, emphasizing on ‘the right techniques’ and the most acceptable & widely used methods, making it all seem really easy to do.
  • We ensure quality finishing and output, and that’s the reason most of our students are successful home bakers right after completing our BASIC level workshop.
  • Techniques are subject to designs chosen by each participant to use on their cakes.
  • Fondant tools shall be provided for in-class use except the turn table and big rolling pin (simply because the weight would be too much for us to carry around).
  • There is Home work involved & material for homework shall need to be procured by the students. A list of supplies & suppliers shall be mailed post registration.
  • We will be providing all the necessary tools.
  • Video recording of the class is not permitted.
  • After class support/guidance is provided to participants who do not misuse it for commercial training purposes
