Cake Baking A-Z
This Class simplifies the complex world of cake baking.
We start off with baking eggless cakes, move on to with egg cakes followed by the frostings.
Using these and some flavorings such as fresh fruits, homemade jams, nuts etc., we pair up some classic n some modern cakes.
The Cake Base:
- Eggless: Vanilla, Chocolate, Coffee, Red Velvet
- With Egg: Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velvet
- Whipped DAIRY Cream
- Whipped Topping (commonly called whipped cream)
- Buttercream/ flavored butter cream/ butter cream for decoration
- Cream-cheese/ flavored cream cheese
- Chocolate Ganache/ Flavored ganache/ truffle/ white chocolate ganache
- Colored Ganache
Assembly & various cake flavor combinations like:
- Chocolate Overload Cake with Drip Effect
- Fruit Gateaux
- Summer Fave- The world famous- Ispahan
- Cappuccino cake Jars
- Red Velvet Cupcakes
- Black forest cake
- Red velvet truffle cake
- Chocolate truffle cake
- This is semi hands-on class; All participants shall be divided in groups and get to make separate recipes. While 1 group will work- the others shall watch.
- Video recording of the class is not permitted
- After class support/guidance is provided to participants who do not misuse it for commercial training purposes
