Syllabus:

Recipe of 4 different buttercreams:

  1. American buttercream
  2. Swiss Meringue buttercream
  3. Italian Meringue buttercream
  4. French buttercream

Learn to Pipe different types of flowers for cupcakes and for cakes:

  1. Roses
  2. Water lily
  3. Chrysanthemum
  4. Cherry blossom
  5. Fillers
  6. Rose buds
  7. Leaves
  8. Ribbon Roses.

Placing and Assembly

Learn its storage, nature and packaging

 

Terms:

  • Vegetarian friendly( all flowers can be done with eggless buttercream as well)
  • All the ingredients and tools are provided in class
  • Video recording of the class in not provided
  • After class support/guidance is provided to participants who do not misuse it for commercial training purpose.

Mode: Hands on

Fee: Rs. 10000/- plus taxes

Duration: 1 day

Timings: 9am-6pm

Eligibility: No prior knowledge required
